The Soul Diving Journal is an extension of Rick Busby's private writing on subjects ranging from spirituality, metaphysics, creativity, music and random musings about his favorite topic: peace. As Rick states it, "I am writing my way to peace." He is presently working on his first book, which he expects to release in 2013. Since first encountering The Artist's Way in 1995, Rick has been a professional freelance creative. After many years in corporate cultures on the business end of the film and music industries, The Artist's Way shifted his life onto a more creative, freelance path. In any given week, he performs a variety of creative services in multi-dimensional ways for a number of private client companies and non-profit organizations, including Austin Songwriters Group and KOOP Radio, Austin's community FM radio station. With deep and varied professional creative experience, Rick has performed virtually every role from writer to executive producer in print, video, radio, tv and web media projects. He also regularly provides services as a special events manager, voice over talent, live sound engineer and creativity coach.
